I developed an interest in health and nutrition when I realised the powerful benefits that they had for my own health as a marathon runner and personal trainer.
I began reading about nutrition and Health Psychology and found it fascinating. It was then that I began to appreciate the input nutrition can have on emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing.
Following this I completed a BSc in Health Psychology, as well as a Certificate in Nutritional Advice. Through studying Health Psychology and nutrition I have become an advocate of the benefits and necessity of good nutrition in our fast paced society. Good nutrition can empower an individual, helping them to achieve better physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.
My role as a consultant is to help you to enjoy your life to the full, therefore I spend my time studying science and medical journals in order to provide a comprehensive and holistic approach to meet your needs.
